POM is Fantasy Springs Resort Casino's answer to casino cafes. POM features breakfast, lunch and dinner in an atmosphere that's light, airy and modern.     The ribeye steak is the best in the valley. Sushi is amazing and fresh, the Service is impeccable. The drinks are top-tier and the prices are extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend the bistro to anyone wanting a fine dining experience without the huge price tag.

    Ate at POM with my best friend. Our semiannual Fantasy Springs girls night out. Bartender Ryan made the best Lemon Drop Martinis. Veronica was our server and was very attentive and friendly. Food was awesome as always. Filet Mignon Wedge salad is ALWAYS what I order. My friend usually also orders that. She chose the Ravioli Bolognese this time and loved it!!!
