The service today was phenomenal. A very special thank you to the staff for honoring the spacial occasion notice booked with the reservation. An even bigger thank you to our waitress, Yasmine, who was exceptional and patient with our party. Really great atmosphere, not too noisy or overly crowded. Food came out hot, no mistakes, and to everyone's liking in a timely manner. Thank you, thank you!

Great birthday dinner at TOTR last night 1/24/25! Reservations for 6:30 pm, which is right when we arrived. We had requested a booth and were sat promptly by the polite host in a booth as we requested. I had the special pork chop, collard greens and mash potatoes was amazing! Hubby had prime rib medium rare, with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Steak was cooked perfect, mash potatoes were divine, however the asparagus was not good (tiny and old like they had been sitting a while).. but I gave him the rest of my greens that I couldn't finish and he was more than satisfied. Service by Sam was on pointe and she was very sweet. We love Top of the Rock and last night didn't disappoint! Thanks for a great birthday experience! We will be back soon! :)

Judith is a delightfully unique dining experience in my little town of Sewanee, Tennessee. Service is great--helpful, responsive without hovering. The food is exotic--so many flavors is every entre. May be a little pricey for some, but compared to other special places, cost is average. I will be a regular!

My husband had the pot roast with creamy potatoes with a red wine reduction, and I had the small plate scallops nestled on butternut squash. We all but licked our plates clean! Lou, the restaurant manager, runs a tight ship and Madison, our waitress, were absolutely wonderful. Public House is always busy without making you feel that their main objective is to turn the tables. It's a family type menu with food that even your grandma can't measure up to!! We're already making plans for our next culinary experience:-)

Both of our waitresses were very friendly. We got our food in a timely manner. The only thing that would be negative is hearing the waitstaff complain out loud about low tips. Maybe talk somewhere else away from customers.
