Came back one last time before moving out of state. Customshop has become our go to spot for date nights and celebrations and we’ve enjoyed the changing menu as well as the high quality service. Anytime we’re in Charlotte we will be stopping in!

We had an incredible experience at Little Mama's! The food was absolutely delicious, and our server was fantastic. He made several recommendations that we ended up loving, which made the experience even better. We throughly enjoyed everything and will be back. Highly recommend!

My dining experience last night was exceptional, and a huge part of that was thanks to our server, Meredith. We chose to celebrate at one of the finest restaurants in the city, and while we wanted to enjoy the experience, we were also mindful of staying within a budget. Meredith struck the perfect balance. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, and guided us toward options that felt indulgent and special without pushing us toward unnecessary add-ons or the most expensive choices. Her honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail allowed us to enjoy every moment of the evening while feeling effortless. What impressed me most was that she never made us feel like we were sacrificing the high-end experience. In fact, she elevated it. Her service was attentive, genuine, and personalized from start to finish. Exceptional food is important, but exceptional hospitality is what people remember, and she delivered exactly that. This restaurant is romantic and upscale. It’s both peaceful and beautiful. The ambiance is calm and relaxing. The seating is all wonderfully spaced. The views anywhere you look are splendid. The food is delicious and worth every dollar you spend. Ella was our waitress. She knew the menu perfectly, and each recommendation was a perfect hit! She was super smiley and energetic. She kept our table clean, waters filled, and our bellies full! We will absolutely come back here again!
