    My wife and I are full time residents of the area and are very familiar with many of the restaurants, especially in Cape May and West Cape May. With a doubt in our minds, Sapore Italiano is the best. Located in a wonderful Victorian era home, just a few blocks from the beach and in a quiet neighborhood sets the mood for an amazing dining experience. Upon entering, we are greeted by the friendliest staff ever and the wait staff is top shelf too. When dining at Sapore Italiano, there is never a rush. It reminds us of Europe when dining here. Enjoying our meals, and the staff not rushing to serve the appetizer and then the entre. Love it! On this evening, we shared the goat cheese and beet salad.....yummy! My wife had the short ribs and for myself, veal. Both were outstanding and enough to take home for dinner tonight. Desert? Nope, not this time...no room! We will be returning in a few weeks when our family comes for a visit. So, for now we say "thank you" to the entire staff for an amazing dining experience. Keep up the great work.
