    Have dined at Canon multiple times, and it continues to be one of my favorite dining experiences in Sacramento. Everything feels very thoughtfully curated — from the wine selection and cocktails to the shareable dishes that always bring unique and unexpected flavors. Their Mother’s Day brunch especially impressed me. The variety and quality of the buffet were incredible, and despite how busy it was, the staff handled everything seamlessly. Food was constantly being refreshed, drinks were always taken care of, and the attentiveness of the staff made the whole experience feel elevated without being overdone. Canon consistently delivers food that feels inventive, well-executed, and genuinely exciting to eat. Definitely one of those places that keeps you coming back.

    Ella was truly a magical experience from beginning to end. The atmosphere was elegant yet inviting, the service was attentive without feeling overwhelming, and every detail felt thoughtfully curated. From the cocktails to the food presentation, everything was beautifully done and absolutely delicious. What stood out most was the overall experience — it felt special without trying too hard. The ambiance, lighting, and energy of the restaurant created the perfect setting for a memorable evening. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about hospitality and making guests feel welcomed. This was more than just dinner; it felt like one of those evenings you talk about long after it’s over. We left already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend for a date night, celebration, or simply a beautiful night out in Sacramento.

    I feel like I am very special every time I dine at this restaurant. 3 years ago I celebrated my 60th birthday with a group of friends and family. It was absolutely perfect in every way. I still get compliments from people on the food and service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this restaurant.
