The atmosphere is elegant and inviting with beautiful decor, stunning chandeliers throughout the restaurant, an impressive bar, and an amazing selection of drinks and wines that make it feel upscale yet comfortable. The salad bar alone is worth the visit. It offers incredible variety of fresh and delicious options of fresh and delicious options including salads with every topping imaginable, soups, charcuterie cheeses and meats, beets, pickles, pasta salads, apple salad, broccoli salad, apple salad, hickory bacon and so much more. Every item is fresh, flavorful and beautifully displayed. Whether you choose the lunch menu or the full Brazilian steakhouse experience, you will leave impressed. The service is attentive, the food is outstanding, and the entire experience feels special. And if you are celebrating something important, the Blazing Cheesecake is an absolute must! It is the perfect fun and delicious dessert to end an unforgettable meal. Casa Do Brasil is definitely one of Waco's best dining experiences and a place we will return to again and again.

    Staff is always friendly and courteous. Food is above average. Used to eat at the Elite every trip through Waco. If I had to lose my favorite diner, this makes it okay. My mother loves it. She’s 95 and makes my sister drive her from Dallas.

    Came here for Mother’s Day and it was an overall good experience. It was extremely busy and I am glad I made a reservation. The steaks were cooked correctly and the service we got from Brad was awesome. The carrot cake was also very good.
