Punta Corcho takes its name from the old title of what we now know as Puerto Morelos, in the Riviera Maya. Founded in 2015 by chef Daniel Ovadía, it became his first project in the region, bringing a passion for fresh and creative cuisine that pays homage to the culinary richness of the Caribbean. The menu offers a vibrant reinterpretation of seafood flavors, highlighted by the use of artisanal methods that add a unique smoky touch to each dish. The chefs have created a perfect balance between tradition and innovation, transforming local and sustainable ingredients into unique sensory experiences. Each creation at Punta Corcho is a tribute to both Caribbean classics and culinary avant-garde, making the restaurant a regional benchmark now recognized internationally with a Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand. Inside Punta Corcho, "Fisherman’s" offers innovative cocktails with fermentation, maceration, and marine infusion techniques, elevating the dining experience.

It was an over all great experience, food and service great as always. We understand that sometimes restaurant layouts need to be modified during service based on the existing reservations, however, it was a little bothersome having lunch and having tables being dragged right next to us. Our party was also celebrating a Birthday and we shared that vía reservation, but no one from the staff ackwoledged it, i think it would have been a nice detail for our friend travelling from Seattle. Please take this as constructive, I love Muelle Once and i will always be back, hope these comments help. Thank you.
