Jules @ Market never misses. The oysters were impeccable, you could cut the New York strip with a spoon, and the blackened shrimp were cooked absolutely perfect! I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t planning my next meal there already!

From beginning to end, this was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. Walking up to the restaurant itself is an experience, nestled in Burlington, the small town vibes are overwhelming; cafes, restaurants, bed & breakfasts', if you want it, Burlingtons got it. Revell Hall greeted us with warmth, as if we were family, even though it was our first time there. After getting comfortable in their beautifully lit dining area, we were offered spring or bottled water. Nancy, our server, took over shortly after, and introduced us to perfect specials and cocktails, curated to fit their menu. We chose their K.F.C as a starter, a delicious koji fried chicken I promise you have never tasted before. I literally had to ask how they battered it because I have never tasted fried chicken that melts in my mouth like that before. Our wines were delivered and we picked out a delectable lamb that was literally mouthwatering. The Chef, Joey Sergentakis, came over to explain my meal, and when he found out I particularly liked the side of chickpea, he sent out an entire platter just for me and my friend to enjoy! I could not ask for a more personalized or enjoyable experience! My friend got the salmon with a honey mustard sauce, which paired extremely well together, and I honestly wish I could bottle the dressing and take it home. We also ordered the crab rigatoni entree to share. Pasta, as always, is easily discernable from homemade and store bought; from the very first bite, I knew this was made in house! Steve ( a phenomenal member of the staff ) informed us it was made by Chef Joey, who stays late at night to make it and I swear you can taste the dedication in the pasta. We ended the night with a few more glasses of wine provided generously by our server, who consistently made sure we had everything we could ever need, a cherry skillet bread pudding topped with phenomenal pistachio ice cream, and the vanilla gelato as well, and indulged in homey-conversation with the staff.

We celebrated a birthday and had a wonderful time. The decor is beautiful and the staff are extremely accommodating. We had a really nice experience. Thank you for making my birthday so special 🎂
