    Delicious food and a wonderful dining experience! We all ordered something different, along with salads, and every dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. The braised short rib lasagna was outstanding, and the braised short rib marsala was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend dining here — everything from the food to the overall experience was excellent.

    High end steakhouse but it also has plenty to offer in area of fish and seafood. Staff was great for the entire meal. Love the ambience of old a school romantic setting with lighting that compliments the more modern. We had macadamia crusted halibut and prime rib. Both were excellent choices. We shared a side of au gratin potatoes which was great topped off with breaded onions. It’s was the wife’s birthday so we had their vanilla cake with vanilla sauce and chocolate sauce with various berries around the plate. Great place!

    I have never been impressed with the food at other Blanco locations, but my experience at the Peoria location was top notch. Food and margaritas were excellent, our server Edgar was exceptional and loved the mariachis. Will definitely return
