We have been to drift on multiple occasions and every time we can expect to receive excellent service. Curtis waited on u this time and he was excellent. He is a very professionally trained waiter. My dining experience last night was exceptional, and a huge part of that was thanks to our server, Meredith. We chose to celebrate at one of the finest restaurants in the city, and while we wanted to enjoy the experience, we were also mindful of staying within a budget. Meredith struck the perfect balance. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, and guided us toward options that felt indulgent and special without pushing us toward unnecessary add-ons or the most expensive choices. Her honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail allowed us to enjoy every moment of the evening while feeling effortless. What impressed me most was that she never made us feel like we were sacrificing the high-end experience. In fact, she elevated it. Her service was attentive, genuine, and personalized from start to finish. Exceptional food is important, but exceptional hospitality is what people remember, and she delivered exactly that. The food was excellent! The perfect menu for all of the fall flavors. The squash soup, mushroom risotto, braised short rib were perfection. We paired with a glass of the Jackson Tar Cabernet. It was all delicious. The ambiance at Barrister’s never disappoints and the service was top notch. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
