Great staff, pleasant atmosphere. Manager Juan was friendly and welcoming. Steak was perfect. Drinks fantastic. Our second time there, will keep coming.

Food was outstanding, fresh and oh so tasty. Our server, Christian, was professional and was there for every need. It was a wonderful anniversary dinner!

When the host said as she was seating us, "The server will bring the menu". I thought this place could be a 10 out of 10. I was wrong. It is an 11 out of 10. The food - fried calamari, Caesar salad, lobster risotto, and Alfredo with added chicken were absolutely outstanding. My wife considers the Espresso martini to be one of the best she has ever had. It is a secret recipe. The venue is beautiful, although it might be a bit sterile for some. Our server, Christoph, immediately inquired if we had any time constraints that he should know about. I can't even remember the last time a server asked that question - circa 1995. Generally, a server's goal is to get you in and out of the restaurant at a speed that rivals McDonald's. We spent 2 great hours enjoying our drinks, food, and conversation. At no point were we rushed. Christoph was quick to offer suggestions, and his wine choice paired well with my meal. This was our first time visiting Genievieve's, but it won't be our last. It is a bit pricey. You should plan to spend $100+ per person. The staff is attentive but not intrusive. Ocala is fortunate to have Genievieve's. I highly recommend this restaurant, and I rarely highly recommend anything.

Had a spectacular lunch yesterday. The onion soup is delicious. My wife, not a wing lover, couldn’t stop telling me how good the wings were with the spiced hot honey sauce. I had the pastrami crusted beef short rib (again!). It’s a dinosaur size chunk of scrumptious pastrami on the bone. Comes with delicious onion rings, thinly sliced pieces of cucumber, a corn muffin, and a mustard/bbq sauce which is really good. Our server, Jose, was attentive, professional, very friendly, and provided great service. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very relaxing and elevates the experience. It’s a 2 hour drive from Tampa but we will try to make a monthly visit to The Polo Pony.

My husband and I, along with good friends, celebrated my birthday with a wonderful evening at Remington's Steakhouse. Right from the start, our server, Miller, exhibited the perfect combination of attentiveness and restraint. We felt neither rushed, nor wondering when our next course was coming. He provided answers to our questions, made excellent suggestions, and was quite engaging. While the food was superb from start to finish, the service added another positive dimension to the experience. Maybe the ambiance of the windowless dining room isn't optimal but it did not diminish our enjoyment of the evening. This is our favorite place for special occasions.
