always very good here. I had NY Strip and my wife had Lobster, both were excellent. Art and his team are very attentive but not pushy. Erica at the bar does a great job. We had Anthony for our waiter, very good again.

Food and service was excellent! The view tables of the Sparks Marina are great. Highly recommend the Sparks Water Bar.

Such a unique atmosphere. The ambiance is great, truly one of a kind. The food was excellent. Service was excellent. I highly recommend trying this restaurant. We can’t wait to go back.

Really great first dining experience here. Made reservation just a couple hours ahead, so took a 5:30PM on a Friday night, next was 6:45PM. Requested a booth and were taken right to a beautiful and very large booth. Also asked for experienced server, and we had wonderful service from Saria, she was very engaging, super sweet and knew the menu quite well. All of the staff, from Hostesses, to table service for water, and food was outstanding, really nice people who seemed very well trained, gracious, happy, polite and professional, best of all worlds. The overall space is very attractive, with separate but close proximity Bar Lounge area, Main Dining room and a Private Dining room, really a very nice and attractive overall space and atmosphere. The main menu is really cool, it is Backlit and very easy to read. I l also really like the Menu Selections, it just suits me really well. My wife enjoyed the CAVA (Spanish Sparkling Wine) by the glass and I just had Iced Water, they gave me exactly what I wanted. Bread service is excellent, is all fresh made daily and was delicious, served with ample sweet butter, so good. My wife started with Soup of the Day, Clam Chowder and I had a Wedge Salad, both were absolutely excellent. Soup was incredibly creamy, smooth and tasted wonderful, Wedge lettuce was super fresh, all served very chilled, they actually put the very cold plate on top of a folded napkin on another plate under, my plate was still cold when I finished. The house made Blue Cheese Dressing and Crumbles were perfect, just the right thickness and Blue Cheese intensity, plenty of fresh Bacon Bits, some Cherry Tomatoes and Red Onion strands. I had the Prime Rib (Friday and Saturday nights only) with a Baked Potato, Butter, Sour Cream and Chives, plus Broccolini and Carrots. Requested Medium Rare, was closer to Rare (but I will always prefer that vs over cooked) with Au Jus and both types of Horse Radish. It was all served beautifully and plentifully, Prime
