    We visit here as often as we can (and when we get through Arcadia), and we have never been disappointed! On Mother's Day I was "traveling single," and knowing that The Derby is one of the most popular restaurants in the region, I anticipated it to be jammed. And it was! With diners lingering at tables a bit longer than they should (celebrating "mom") and already being a popular place, it was not a surprise that it was a bit of a wait to get seated and, before I ordered, the server was thoughtful enough to remind me that "This is one of our busiest days of the year, so I was aware that the wait might be a bit longer than useful. Good to know in advance! They did a great job of managing the hoards of diners who discovered just how crowded such popular restaurant cen be on a very historic and celebritory date! But the managed it well... cocktails were perfect, the menu truly had "something for everyone," and the prices were VERY reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food & servic. Wonderful! The Derby seemed to have everything under control, no anxieties, no visible stress amongst the staff, and so on. Instead, everything and everybody seemed to be "cool, calm, & collected," and a Happy Mother's Day was enjoyed by all!

    Everytime we go to the spaghetti factory they don’t disappoint. The service was great our order was brought out in a timely manner and the temperature of the food was perfect. Our server kept checking up on us if we needed anything and it made our dining experience that much better. We will definitely be back soon.

    The Papaya salad was the best I’ve tried. The ingredients were fresh and crispy with just the right amount of dressing. The Spicy Catfish dish was delicious and amazing. The Spicy fried rice was also a solid dish. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. It’s that Ari’s uses fresh and quality ingredients. If I lived closer, this would be my go to Thai spot.
