    It was next to our hotel, so decided to try it after a day of hiking for dinner. We made a reservation, which I recommend due to the fact that the wait was one hour when we sat for our reservation right away. We had to wait for the food for awhile, but it was not due to the staff not working hard, they were busy and making very fresh food. I recommend ordering an appetizer to help with the wait time of food if busy. The food was delicious, very fresh. The Ukrainian wines we selected were very good as well.

    This was our first time dining at WOVEN and when I made the reservation I let them know that we were celebrating our anniversary. When we check in at the desk they congratulated us on our anniversary and brought us to the table right away. The person who filled the water and the server all wished us a happy anniversary and the server was warm and helpful, always available without hovering. We were also offered complementary sparkling wine for a toast. For our meal, we each ordered the pho ribs to start and they were really delicious (really really fall off the bone, good flavor good). For dinner we had salmon, my husband had the cedar plank and I had the furikake crusted dish. The cedar plank salmon was exceptional, nicely smokey and perfectly seasoned and cooked. The furikake salmon was cooked differently, perhaps broiled? The crust was great, but the salmon was more rare than I would have liked - still really good. At the end we declined dessert, opting for an espresso martini. The martini was one of my favorites yet, and the chef sent out a small complementary dessert as a final sweet note for our celebration. I look forward to coming back and will be sure to recommend WOVEN to friends
