I’m a solo traveler from Colorado, and Nightingale was hands down the highlight of my trip. From the moment I walked in, the hostesses made me feel like I was exactly where I was supposed to be. Warm, genuine, and completely unhurried. My server Andrea was exceptional. Her recommendations weren’t just good, they were thoughtful and spot on. She knew every detail of the menu with real confidence and passion, and every single suggestion landed perfectly. To the kitchen staff and Chef Hawksworth’s team: I don’t know how you do it, but every single bite was extraordinary. The beet salad, the full clam spaghetti, the salted caramel pot de crème. The clam to spaghetti ratio was literally perfect, and the jalapeño is a revelation. That pot de crème was the perfect ending to a perfect meal. You know a meal is special when you genuinely consider skipping brushing your teeth at bedtime, just so you might catch one more taste of it in your dreams. Nightingale, you have a customer for life. I’ll be back every time I’m in Vancouver, and I’ll be telling everyone I know.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Our first dining experience was awesome! The food was delicious and the service was excellent! We will be back for sure!

Great location overlooking English Bay to celebrate a birthday on their terrace. Our food was excellent. Drinks were spot on in beautiful glasses. A huge shout out to Lilly our sever who was excellent!! Very helpful, quick whitted, checked in with us a number of times and chatted with us. Checked if there were any food allergies and ask about cross contamination. The atmosphere was upbeat. A little loud if you sat inside but that's the West End. I made a reservation a couple of hours before hand and the whole process was smooth. I would recommend a reservation. We will definitely be back when we are in Vancouver again.

Kinara has good food, it's a good value, and it's a fine neighborhood place. The ambience is a bit basic, but we had a fine time on our first visit and plan to go back!
