    The mushroom risotto is one of the best I have ever tasted paired with the sea bass and Comtesse organic Sancerre. Almost forgot about the burrata ice cream made at the table. What a fabulous evening with great friends and the best food and service. And recommended by my friend’s son Dylan Patel. Thank you!

    Omber is a beaustiful restaurant inside the very beautiful Fivw Star Hotel Tivoli that overlooks the confluence of the Amstel River and a picturesque Dutch Canal. Each entree and course is influenced by Rembrandt who lived and created his masterpieces just a few steps away. I enjoyed veak cheeks with a pumpkin puree that was divine. While I ate alone, the staff was just as attentive to me as they were with other, more full tables.
