    Really good food and service. Nice ambience. A little pricey but I knew that going in. They added 20% service charge (tip) which I didn't notice at first. I tip at least 20% anyway but I thought adding to the bill automatically was a bit presumptuous.

    We love the Village Pub. We are loyal guests coming for 15 years. And though we moved away, we make sure we have dinner here whenever we get back to the bay. Dinner and service last night was top notch again. The duck was phenomenal and so was the truffle stuffed chicken. Followed by the always delicious chocolate soufflé and the beignets. Can’t wait to come back

    What a treat to have this gem in San Carlos! The food was delicious and perfectly prepared, service friendly and attentive and the atmosphere welcoming and fun. Loved having live music and a full bar; will definitely be returning.
