    We were met near the door by a happy hostess who lead us to our table. Then we were promptly greeted by our wait staff, Katie. She was amazing! Wonderful service. Never waited for anything. Perfectly attentive, never interrupted. We started with a couple of perfectly mixed cocktails. We enjoyed the mussels and calamari appetizers. Both very good. You might ask for the sauce for the calamari on the side so they don’t get soggy. For the main my date had a Caesar salad with very large shrimp and I had the braised short rib with polenta. That was one of the best short ribs I have ever eaten. It’s my favorite meals so I have it out often. The mascarpone polenta is a game changer. The combination with fresh asparagus and a glass of Pinot was perfect. I left filled to the brim and very happy. Will go back soon. Great job to the team at this restaurant.

    OpenTable made a last minute reservation to celebrate my son's graduation happen and Sagano did not disappoint! We were seated soon after our full party arrived, orders were taken in a timely and effective manner, our chef was amazingly entertaining, and the food was delish as always. Thank you, Sagano.
