Entrees range from thick, juicy steaks and prime rib to the finest grilled fresh fish and live Maine lobster. Choose from the menu or a superb selection of specials offered nightly. Add a cappuccino and a freshly made dessert to seal the dining experience. The restaurant has been locally owned and under the same management since 1981. Ryan's has been awarded the Wine Spectator's "Award of Excellence" and is often featured in national publications. Recently awarded the DiRoNa Award for Distinctive Fine Dining.Please refer to our website for our dress code. It is enforced nightly.

    Fairly new to town we love to eat out and to eat well. We have tried several very nice places I give Roosters the edge our server was very good but just the most excellent food. We had fried oysters as a starter they were excellent then both entrees Hangar steak with the macaroni and cheese and the scallops with bacon grits were excellent we finished with bread pudding. The ambiance was also excellent we will definitely be back!

    Food was phenomenal as always. Drinks were perfection. Atmosphere special and unique. Truly a dining “experience”. This establishment never disappoints. I highly recommend Betty on Burke. It’s a true Winston Salem treasure.

    WOW! What fun sitting at the culinary bar! Was able to see everything happening in the kitchen and it was lively! They had it going on - didn't miss a beat! Food and service was outstanding! Def recommend sitting at culinary bar! Recommend the pasta, salad, mac and cheese! All was great! Will def be back!
