The Castlegar Golf Club, nestled in the majestic Selkirk mountains, provides a spectacular setting for a game of golf, a great meal and beverage or a social gathering. Open to the public whether golfing or not. Golfing? Grab a meal before or after your round, or a quick drink or snack at the turn, the Nineteenth is the perfect location. Re-opened in April 2017 by local restauranteur Florio Vassilakakis with a fresh menu, name and look. We look forward to seeing you this season. Reservations for larger groups recommended.All patio reservations are weather permitting. If reserving an outdoor table, please be advised that we may not be able to accommodate you indoors in case of inclement weather. Please be sure to contact us in case of unexpected weather changes.     We had a fabulous dinner and started with cocktails. I had the Mountain Mule and it was light and refreshing. My husband had the Maple Eh-Fashioned and enjoyed the flavours. We moved on to the house-baked sourdough and cultured butter. SO yummy! We also had the calamari and it was probably the best calamari we’ve had in a long time. It melted in the mouth. For our mains, I had the beef tenderloin and my husband had the steak & frites. Everything was cooked to perfection and beautifully seasoned. Surprisingly we had room for dessert. I enjoyed the dark chocolate tart and my husband enjoyed the rhubarb cheesecake. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our evening and our server Pilar was so lovely, she helped make our evening so nice. Definitely recommend this restaurant!

    Great way to end the golf round with drinks on the deck overlooking the 18th hole and dinner inside with great food and service!
