We had one of the most exciting and enjoyable fine dining experiences ever. The restaurant is quite chic without being too fussy and has original paintings on several walls and by the bathrooms. The layout is balanced and feels spacious yet each table has privacy. The noise level was not an issue whatsoever. The service was superb. Santi was super friendly and professional, and made sure we were well taken care of, and the other servers were courteous and friendly too. When our plates were cleared after one of the courses, the eagle-eyed floor manager noticed I didn’t have a fork almost before I did, and before I could even ask, he was on it and a new fork was instantly whisked to my place setting! And the food…well, it was amazing. The tasting menu is a total of 5 courses: 4 courses of your choosing plus 1 course (an incredibly luxurious white tuscan bean soup) presented to all. We opted for the additional wine pairing, snd it did not disappoint! The raves about Marmalade are well-deserved, and I’m happy to add my own.

What a wonderful night ! Great service great food and drink and such a great table looking at the ocean! I had the NY steak , was cooked perfectly so tasty, my Hubble had the flank steak so large and delicious with crispy fries. We had the tuna app as well as a cheese and meat board fantastic! Looking forward to coming back soon.

Great food, great ambience and spectacular view of the countryside.

Unique creative cuisine in a beautiful setting, outstanding friendly service, and food that will entice all your senses. From the start when we got to the restaurant and the welcoming staff, we were filled with excitement. The menu is amazing and it was hard to decide what to order, as we wanted to try everything! We liked everything so much that we decided to make another reservation while we were at the restaurant so we could try more dishes! Drinks were also excellent. The owner’s love for the restaurant is palpable in every detail from the food, to the staff, and the decor. What a gem! We are coming back tomorrow and will be coming back every time we are in Ponce. Thank you to everyone who was part of our wonderful experience.
