The show was great, the food outstanding. I had the Banh mi, and my Wife had the rib hash, I highly recommend both

We went there for brunch and the food is excellent. Sat outside on a beautiful September day and enjoyed watching the activities on Washington Mall. Our server was sullen and pretty much ignored us after food was delivered. Had to flag him down with some persistence for coffee refill.

Day has become our regular server. We decided to try Bonz again after a disappointing experience in February and we were pleasantly surprised. Day is polite, attentive and personable server. The food selection, especially the specials have been beyond our expectation. Quite honestly it’s the warm & friendly dining experience that keeps us coming back.

It’s been years since we were last here but the Ebbitt Room held up to its high standards and good reviews mainly because of the new chef from the CIA. The homemade pasta w/ lump crabmeat was fabulous and melted in your mouth! The melon cucumber salad and the tomato burrata salad were very good w/ a slightly different twist to them which made them interesting. Calamari was presented with shaved orange pepper strips on top which made a beautiful presentation. Wine prices were a bit steep but we managed to find a few for $15/ glass or less. Loved the old school ambience and the free valet parking is a nice perk since the restaurant is located in a busy street.

We had a wonderful dining experience on a Tuesday evening in Sept . The restaurant was quite filled at 6:45 but they gave us a great table in the glassed in patio by the window . Our waitress Stacey was excellent in giving us descriptions on the items on the menu and any specials . We had the crab cakes and my husband had the short ribs . Both were done to perfection . We had a wonderful dessert with fresh fruit in a mango , passion fruit sauce . Dinner was excellent !
