One of the best Mother's day meal ever. Their wood fire grilled menu is amazing. The meat was cooked to perfection and when paired with their Spring Market plate made the most amazing meal. Their new chef is so creative.

Everything was great and we got our own private room.

We dined at Noble Ramen after our son’s graduation from Keene State College on Saturday. I couldn’t get reservations anywhere else for our group of 15, and honestly, I’m so glad we ended up here instead! The service was top-notch from start to finish. Our server, who was the chef’s wife, was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and made us feel so welcome. She also had two other staff members helping keep drinks and food flowing while clearing plates and packaging leftovers for us, impressive service, especially for such a large group. Every single meal was fantastic. My granddaughters loved their kids’ ramen, and even my very picky brother (who is very much an adult!) tried foods he’d never eaten before…and actually enjoyed them! The nachos and crab rangoon dip were so good that we talked about them all the way home. Between the different ramen dishes, poke bowls, and burger, and fabulous drinks, everyone found something they loved. My daughter even said it was fun for all of us to try something different together as a family, and I couldn’t agree more. We’re so glad we came here and will absolutely be back!

Our cocktails were prepared perfectly, and both the hummus short ribs appetizer and the scallops entrée were absolutely delicious. We also loved the jazz duo performing at the restaurant — they created such a wonderful atmosphere for the evening. Our waitress, Michelle, was exceptional: attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm throughout the night. She made the evening especially memorable by arranging for the jazz musicians to come over to our table.

We were married there in 2005 and have enjoyed special occasions there ever since
