A modern-Argentinian wood fire steakhouse, with a wide variety of seafood, vegetable and pasta dishes. We also have private event options that showcase the best of what we have to offer. DANIEL DEL PRADOBorn in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Chef Daniel del Prado is the child of parents of Spanish and southern Italian descent. After moving to the United States in his early 20s, del Prado began his culinary career in Colorado—cooking at night and snowboarding during the day. Upon moving to Minneapolis, he had the opportunity to work in some of the finest kitchens in the Twin Cities. In 2009 del Prado teamed up with his mentor, Isaac Becker, to open Bar La Grassa in the North Loop. When it came time for del Prado to open his own concepts, he burst onto the Twin Cities scene with his premiere Linden Hills restaurant, Martina, and opened the Oaxacan Mexican-influenced Colita just a year after. Chef del Prado has continued to open new and innovative concepts.

There are ninety-nine different ways to write “sushi” in the Japanese script of kanji. Each with its own unique interpretation and meaning. It was with great deliberation that our founder, Billy, chose 寿司 to best represent his personal interpretation of the word - Celebration of Fish! That’s exactly how Billy feels about the art of making sushi and the atmosphere that surrounds it - it should be a celebration! Which is why Billy Sushi is more than just a restaurant, it is an experience for anyone who allows themselves to take part. A three-ring performance of sorts - sushi bar, sake bar and dining room - brought to life by the performances of sushi chefs, bartenders and servers. And the Ring Master and your host, Billy.

Margaux, aside from being one of our favorite wine appellations from Bordeaux, means “pearl” in French. Maison Margaux is the pearl we found in our community during one of the most turbulent times our world has faced. This multi-level space has been masterfully designed. As you move through each room, you are meant to feel a unique sense of comfort and hospitality — as if you are attending an event in a family member’s home (a “Maison”, in French). Each area is uniquely curated to reflect specific aspects of the Parisian lifestyle; a French brasserie, an haute couture event center, and a sultry underground bar emulating the Paris catacombs. The outdoor terrace beautifully integrates into the North Loop identity, while the historic qualities of the entire building have been preserved with the finest of care. We welcome you cordially to the experience Maison Margaux.
