Restaurants near Hocking Hills State Park

Six of us had dinner tonight. Three people got the steak frites. One person got the crabcakes. One person got the risotto and one person got the halibut. The person who got the halibut was pretty frustrated because the crust on the halibut was extremely salty. She was expecting halibut based in butter and the fish to be in sautéed or lightly baked. The steak Frites, of course, all of them were very chewy, but they were cooked to perfection and again the french fries were too salty. As for the crabcakes that person loved them and the risotto was perfection. The desserts were Keylime pie and crème brûlée. Everyone loved their dessert. We were especially taken with the new lighting on each table. It allowed everyone to see each other to read the menus and to enjoy the ambience of looking throughout the restaurant. We have patronize this restaurant since it’s beginning with Sue Doody . It remains one of our favorite restaurants of all time in Columbus, Ohio. 

1st experience here. Service was spot on, drinks came a bit slow but hey who is in a hurry when it's your BD celebration!! Fliet was cooked to perfection, the drinks were divine I would go again.

We spent a lovely evening on the deck eating a delicious dinner! We ordered the pulled pork platter with sides and ate almost every bite! Our server, Josie, was wonderful! She answered our questions and provided excellent recommendations when asked. Beautiful setting, delicious food, and great service! We couldn't ask for better!

The food was excellent! The atmosphere extremely enjoyable. Live Jazz music was a bonus and the band was fantastic. During breaks they came out to talk to people. Just lovely. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience. The staff was fun and made the event special. The food was awesome!! We had the Love Clutch, Shrimp, Butter Cake, and Brownie. So good!!! The shrimp are awesome to say the least. Thank you for making our Valentine’s Day special.
