    Our lunch at Bistro Le Sam was a highlight of our trip to Quebec City! The ambiance and views of the St. Lawrence were beautiful. We started with the charcuterie and cheese platter which was amazing. The local cheeses and cured meats were top notch and would highly recommend. We also had the Caesar salad which was very unique with crisped mackerel and pickled quail eggs. For our mains we had the fish &chips, salmon tartar and the lobster roll. The lobster roll was so decadent filled with a lot of lobster, shrimp and caviar. The salmon tartar was also delicious. I would be remiss if I didn't mention our cocktails - they were works of art. The presentation on the gin & tonic and Hugo spritz were so unique. Overall, highly recommend if you are visiting Quebec City!

    Loved every aspect of Ophelia. The restaurant was so cozy and yet, quietly modern. Service was exceptional. Everything we ate, both the New York Strip and the salmon, were perfectly cooked. My wife's dietary restrictions were listened to and followed. Of special note was the chocolate dome; stunning, magical and delicious.

    Open table should provide better directions to the restaurant’s parking area. Otherwise, the food, especially the sambuca shrimp were very well prepared. Our server was prompt and helpful. Our meal was served in a relaxed atmosphere.

    Absolutely delicious! The quality is on point and each time, it’s a discovery! The use of plenty of rare product from the terroir makes it very special. Very nice and knowledgeable staff, very dedicated to customers. Bravo!
