El restaurante en Punta Morro ubicado a la orilla del mar Pacico, con un perfecto escenario natural para ofrecer productos del mar enriquecido con una gama de productos de granja, carnes de primerísima calidad de Mexicali, las verduras y especias gourmet del Valle de Maneadero, los vinos de los diversos Valles como Guiadalupe, La Trinidad y Ojos Negros por ejemplo, así como el aceite de oliva de cuño propio. A lo largo de los años ha ofrecido una gran propuesta con productos frescos de calidad mundial principalmente locales, promoviendo las grandes riquezas que nos ofrecen los mares de Baja California (respetando las temporadas), que a través del tiempo nos hemos distinguido en satisfacer los gustos gastronómicos del público más exigente. De la misma manera nuestros menús estacionales nutridos de productos locales y ligados al uso y costumbres de la gente de la región influenciados por la cocina mexicana así como de tendencias mundiales.

Madre, un local muy confortable y acogedor, es el proyecto de la pareja formada por los chefs Miguel Bahena y Carolina Verdugo. El comedor, acondicionado en una casa de estuco blanco y tejas de barro, se reparte entre dos pequeñas salas y la barra, con la cocina vista al fondo. El marco se completa con suelos de parquet encerado, mesas con manteles de tela y paredes claras decoradas con obras de arte. La concisa carta, por su parte, propone entradas del mar como los camarones en costra de pepita y sésamo con chileatole de camarón y rodajas de nopal y cebolla. La propuesta se completa con platos de pasta y carnes asadas, entre ellas el magret de pato, servido con su piel muy crujiente y salseado con un mole coloradito casero.

Pampas is a classic Brazilian steakhouse. The way a Brazilian steakhouse operates is unlike most other restaurants. Diners come in and pay a flat rate for full access to the appetizer and salad bar, which features salads, rolls, soup and other starters.     Everything was great about this restaurant. From the moment I walked in. Everything was clean, quiet. Service and food were excellent. The view was incredible. The only thing I would have liked was the AC a bit cooler. But overall excellent experience. I will be stopping again when I visit Ensenada.

    Great service and attention to the customers, the waiter’s were incredibly welcoming and the pizza was incredibly delicious, only issue was at the end where the person who was the one attending me to pay the bill had a very awful face towards us.
