Very good meal, great service by Heather,reasonably priced and bonus was guitar and song entertainment 👍 My steak was perfectly cooked, juicy and tender.

My wife and I were meeting a friend who lives in Laurel for dinner. We researched local restaurants and came across the Watershed Kitchen and Inn on OpenTable. The description of the restaurant, the menus and the reviews online made us to decide to give them a try. We’re so glad that we did! We entered through the bar entrance which was lively but not crazy loud. There was a musician setting up in one corner of the bar area. We could hear him during our dinner but it was not at all distracting (and he was quite good). We were greeted by one of the hosts (who I now believe may be one of the owners). We were welcomed and escorted to a table in the dining room right behind the bar area. From what I could determine, there were at least two other dining areas and an outside dining area (for dining during the nicer weather). Our server quickly came to welcome us, ask if we had questions about the menu / specials and to take our drink order. She was attentive, pleasant and was able to quickly and accurately answer questions that we had (we have some dietary restrictions and needed to verify some ingredients. She knew immediately what we could order to dine safely. We started our order with the Chiccharon appetizer. I had anticipated that the item would be traditional crispy Chiccaron. Instead the dish was more of a pork belly in a broth. We actually enjoyed that much more! It was plentiful, cooked to perfection and flavorful. For dinner my wife and our friend ordered the sea bass special. They both thought it was plentiful, perfectly prepared and tasted great. I ordered the pork chop with spicy cherry peppers in a light evoo broth. I told our server that I wasn’t eating potatoes or rice and asked for a recommendation for a substitute. She recommended the broccolini which was a perfect alternative. My pork chop was served perfectly (medium, juicy,) and was huge! We passed on dessert but the options looked amazing. We will absolutely be back again SOON. Thank you.

We were happy with our meals. The food was tasty.

Excellent food and service. The paella is delicious. So was everything else. It is also a lovely room. Super high end and good value.
