    A new restaurant for us in our visit to springfield. We Loved the food, the history, the staff, the venue. We had prime rib, french onion soup (best we’ve ever tasted!) and the goat cheese beet and greens salad. A refreshing visit to an iconic and historic venue in our state capital, downtown. Parking was easy, service was top notch, and the food was a combination of old time steak house and contemporary gourmet. A great experience! Also, we love to support the restaurants that are not part of a franchise.

    Our server, Cheyenne D, was amazing and helped soothe the issue of the kitchen being out of three different menu items which shouldn't ever happen early on a Friday evening. Cheyenne made everything better by suggesting other entrees. She's why we'll be back!!! Awesome job girl!!!

    Best atmosphere in Springfield? I think so! Great drinks, great food, great people. Park yourself here for a couple of hours and you won’t regret it.

    Food is always good. Service was great. We got there early so wasn't too busy yet. Father's Day and all-you-can-eat shrimp it got busy quick, but the servers did a great job.
