At Austin's, we've been cooking the old fashioned way since 1994. We start with the freshest ingredients we can find, delivered to our kitchen each day of the week. We make everything on our menu from scratch, every day. We grill over hardwood, not gas, the way that it was a long time ago. It may not be the fastest or least expensive way to do business, but for us, it is the only way. We want each meal you enjoy with us to be a memorable and delicious one; so we work hard preparing each dish to order, smoking ribs and brisket, filleting fresh fish, hand cutting steaks, preparing homemade soups daily and baking our fresh breads and desserts. Its a difference you can taste and one we hope you will keep coming back for. At Austin's, everything we do, we do because our customers deserve it.     Party of 9, had everything ready for us. Server was incredible. She told us about all the projects the owner is still planning. She encouraged us to look around and even go up stairs to see guest rooms that have been completed. We were not able to go in the basement as it is still being worked on to make sure it is structurally sound. The server also stated that there are spirits in the house, nut they are friendly and won’t hurt you. Wonderful place, great experience and will be going back soon!

    Found this place by accident while searching for other places. Had a great experience. Just 2 of us. Made a reservation because when I checked it out for possible Valentines Day dining it was booked solid! Arrived and bar tender said to grab any table. Amanda was out server and she was very attentive. Husband ordered the Strip Steak and I had the Boursin Chicken. Both were excellent. Husband wanted the baked potato but they didn’t have any that evening so he had the roasted potatoes. I got the Blue Cheese Cole slaw as my side. Highly recommend. Within 15 minutes of arriving the place was packed. Truly a hidden gem.
