When visiting the restaurant, patrons descend 18 feet underground in a canopied glass elevator, accessed from street level, for a culinary experience unlike any other.     Love, love, love Dakota’s steakhouse! The elevator takes you down to the restaurant where a soft piano plays in the background. Feels like a speakeasy-a secret you want to share with friends. We are greeted by sincere hosts that can’t wait seat you for your wonderful meal experience. Service is critical (for me) when you go out for dinner, since it can impact your mood. Water was constantly refilled without me asking, server requested we cut into our steaks to ensure they were cooked properly and all were attentive without being intrusive. My friend had a dietary restriction and everyone was accommodating to make sure she didn’t have an allergic reaction. The food is amazing, delicious and worth coming to Dakota’s, but it is also the people and ambiance that truly makes this place special!

    The host and server were a huge part of my five star review. I would absolutely come back just for the service. The food was okay, but I’m open to trying new things and maybe I’ll find something I like. I did however absolutely enjoy the matcha latte martini. 10/10
