Fabulous, as usual. We had an old fashioned, the omakase cocktail experience (custom made with your choice of spirit and flavor profiles - so fun!), and two rolls plus a spicy edamame to start. Every sip and bite was delish.

The overall experience was excellent. Victor is the perfect host and the chef with the marvelous voice was an amazing surprise. The chicken in my entree was a little dry. Thank you!

It took 3 years to make a reservation. Every time I tried to make one weeks before arriving in Pallm Springs, it was booked. Finally perhaps because it was August there was a table available at 5pm on a wednesday. And I thought Studio 54 was tough to get into. It's certainly the best Palm Springs has to offer. We lloved the caviar, blini, and chive dip. Also loved the smoked fish rillettes, the grilled artichoke, the onion tart, and the steak tartare which the waiter forgot. That was the only glitch. Plus he took off the sundae which was deelish. The temperture was 117 and several people upon being seated immediately left and went to the bar which is inside with air conditioniing. They said that they couldn't use the misters outside because people complained they were getting too wet. Really ?? Looking forward to returning if we can get a reservation that is.

Predictably excellent in all dimensions, including decor, "buzz," professional staff, and menu. Truly, one of the best-managed restaurants in Palm Springs and the rest of the Coachella Valley. Each team member is excellent, including the Reception crew, which is among the best, anywhere!
