Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. The restaurant was awarded a MICHELIN Star in the 2022 & 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Florida. Knife & Spoon is conceived by Chef John Tesar who was called "the single most talented cook I ever worked with" by Anthony Bourdain. Tesar came up as a chef in New York City at 13 Barrow St, Vine, and the Supper Club. He then went on to open two restaurants in Dallas that have been named among the best in the country by Bon Appetit, Eater and Esquire. He has garnered praise from Food and Wine, and The New York Times and is a two-time contestant on Bravo's "Top Chef."

    We had breakfast on the outdoor covered patio with a lovely view of the golf course. It is a very relaxing tropical environment. Two of us enjoyed blueberry pancakes and our third had an omelette. All were delicious. Accompaniments to the dishes were elegantly served. The wait staff was helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

    We returned to the Ritz for their Mother’s Day Tea and were absolutely thrilled to be served once again by Lorena, who is truly exceptional! We’ve had the pleasure of being in her care several times now, and each experience is more wonderful than the last. She bring such grace, warmth, and attention to detail—it’s like being welcomed by an old friend. From remembering our preferences to making each guest feel celebrated and special, Lorena elevates the entire experience. She is a true gem and one of the reasons we look forward to coming back time and time again!
