Restaurants near Kielder Castle

We loved the warm, welcoming environment as we walked into the restaurant. The food menu was varied with a good choice of food. The mussels were amazing and the Poki bowl was the best I have ever tasted. Whilst it was quiet as it was the afternoon, it was very pleasant. It was well worth the visit and we would highly recommend it.

Fantastic food and lovely place to sit and have a meal. Service was great and felt well looked after. I will definitely be going again, in fact already booked.

The potted lobster has been on our list to dine at for a while and it definitely did not disappoint. Absolutely gorgeous food, the food was all amazing. The scallops were outstanding along with the half lobster delicious. We will definitely book again. Just remember if you want to dine here it’s best to book.

Fantastic we both had the jolly fishboard which we ve had before , absolutely brilliant got a cosy table in the corner near the open fire . Had our spaniel with us but he's quiet so he sat under the table ! Book a table as it's popular and gets busy food and service 5 star

Absolutely delicious, by far the best food in the area. The upmarket bistro is beautifully decorated and furnished. The tables offer privacy to converse without feeling overlooked by others dining too. The food was superbly presented and absolutely delicious fabulous fishcakes and the steak and stout pie with roasted vegetables are divine! The staff are so lovely and couldn't be more helpful. Will definitely be back .Thank you x
