Restaurants near Kistler Vineyard

Our first time at Goldfinch. Really nice upscale pub vibe, loved the menu choices and speciality drinks, great service and the staff were very friendly. We sat at the chefs bar and was fun to watch the chefs doing their thing. Definitely check out Goldfinch if you are in the Sebastopol area.

Absolutely fantastic experience! It’s always a crap shoot going out for a major holiday but I wouldn’t change a thing! The food was incredible and the staff really worked their tails off to make everyone’s thanksgiving a nice one.

We had an amazing experience. Everyone was helpful. Food and drinks were awesome. We had the best time. Will definitely come back and try more of their wonderful dishes.

It was fabulous! We had not been to Walter Hanzel Wine & Bistro for awhile, probably during COVID when they had an outside tent back then. The name can be a bit deceiving as its a legit restaurant with bar, not a wine bar that happens to serve food. They do however carry a nice selection of wines including their own wine. We enjoyed it back then, and enjoyed it even more recently. The food was delicious, our server was very nice and attentive. I would say the atmosphere is casual fine dining, where they strike a nice balance between fancy & comfortable. We could hold a conversation over dinner without shouting or straining to hear one another. We'll be back there much sooner than last time! Blaise Lo

First time there and was truly impressed. Service was friendly and efficient, the menu was diverse to satisfy a variety of appetites and the ambience was comfortable and warm. Every plate we had was visually beautiful and extraordinarily tasty. The wine, cocktail and mocktail selection was ample. Will be back!
