We have always endeavored to obtain seasonal and local ingredients and we use many locally produced greens, herbs, and vegetables, some of which come from our own culinary garden. There isn’t a more wonderful experience than dining at Rosmarino, especially for their 5 course meal! Dario brings such lively enthusiasm and energy to the evening - we absolutely adore him. From the moment you walk through the door, it feels like you are part of the family. The food is heavenly, perfectly wine paired. We love the inviting and cozy atmosphere of the heated patio. Grazie!

We had breakfast/brunch. It was such a nice experience. Our server was Whitney, and she did an excellent job making sure we knew what the featured items were, tending to our table and just being really personable. We tried the French toast bites- oh my! Those are a new favorite. We shared the steak/potatoes/eggs meal, and the crab benedict. The steak was cooked just right, and there was plentiful, delicious crab in the benedict. The crab really stood out as a highlight of our meal because it was so fresh-tasting and had a good bite to it. It was a nice ambiance, with a view of the foothills, and we left happy and content.
