Le Manoir Botanica is a French dining destination set within a restored century-old Lanna manor in the highlands of Mae Rim, Chiang Mai.Its kitchens are led by Culinary Director Olivier Elzer, whose thirty-year career across France and Asia has earned a cumulative 30 Michelin stars, with a cellar curated by Master Sommelier Bertrand Lutaud.
