Farm to table restaurant located on the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast, just steps away from the beach and the Mississippi Sound. Located in a gorgeous restored and updated beach front home built in 1905. We use locally sourced farm fresh ingredients to serve a menu that changes daily with availability of fresh ingredients as well as with the changing seasons. He was classically trained at the Culinary Institute of America. White Pillars has been recognized and awarded in many state and national publications since its opening in 2017. Austin was crowned " King of American Seafood" in 2021 and nominated by the James Beard Foundation as a semi-finalist for "Best Chef South" in 2020. His specialty is keeping his menu fresh and ever changing with local ingredients and a worldly flare.

    Ruth Chris in Biloxi provided the perfect anniversary dinner and overall ambiance for my wife and I on our anniversary. From the young ladies that greeted us at the front door to management and our waiter who is my namesake, Antoine, they all went above and beyond to help us celebrate. Every morsel of food consumed was immaculate! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience as each person earned a 20 out of 10. Thank you all for an awesome night and we will see you again soon!
