Originally from Mexico City, Chef Fernando Olea, formerly Chef of Epazote, has been enthralling diners in Santa Fe since 1991.     Always on top oftheir game! This restaurant is consistently exceptional. The entire Staff is most attentive and provide " over the top" service. The food is probably dome of the best in all of Santa Fe. We have made this restaurant our regular dining experience whether just a night dining out or a special event!

    Fabulous, as always. Jon, our server, was so informative, accommodating, just plain fun! We enjoyed every minute of our experience. We are local customers and live a mile away from the restaurant. It’s a perfect restaurant to bring our guests as well as treat ourselves. Thank you Izanami!

    Exceptional service and food. One of the most relaxed, enjoyable dinners we’ve ever had. Hostess upon entry - top notch! Waitress and additional servers - beyond compare! Great staff. Absolutely delicious combination of flavors in the beet salad, lumpcrab dumplings…such a celebration of flavors/textures. Superb wine list!! Filet and the lamb just melted in your mouth. Five star dining!!!
