Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Coopers Hawk Winery in Atlanta! From start to finish, everything was exceptional. We did a wine tasting with Miles, and he was fantastic. Super knowledgeable, engaging, and made the entire experience feel fun and personalized without ever feeling rushed or overly scripted. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does. Emma was our server and she was equally amazing. Attentive, warm, and on top of everything throughout the meal. The food, wine, and overall atmosphere were all incredible. A special shoutout as well to the manager, Serinity, who helped make the experience even more memorable. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to find a restaurant where every single person makes you feel taken care of, but this team absolutely nailed it. Can’t wait to come back!

Best Benihana experience yet! My wife and I booked a reservation for 3pm yesterday and arrived a few minutes late due to traffic. When we checked in at the front desk, the manager, Dave, said it would be a little while before we could get seated due to a party of 8 ending up being a party of 15 that had already started their meals with the only 2 chefs on duty. My wife said I was going to be very upset with the long wait and as an alternative he suggested we could dine in the sushi area right now and order off of the regular dinner menu which would be prepared in the kitchen. He also said he would offer us a discount for the inconvenience of not having the food prepared at the Hibachi table. We have been going to Benihana for over 40 years so the show for us was not that important. We love the food and did not mind getting served in the lounge. And to our happy surprise, I can honestly say the service we received from Ricardo was exceptional. He kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed or wanted and he brought the courses to us in a very timely manner and the food was as delicious as ever. We were very happy to find out that you can dine in the sushi area as we thought you could only order from the lounge menu. I do believe the next time we go to this Benihana, we will again sit in the sushi area and hopefully be served again by the wonderful, friendly and professional Ricardo.

So thankful for the gluten free options! It is the reason we keep coming back.

Staff was very sociable, I had no idea that they be poker every night here! I’ll definitely be coming back to play. Also, get the steak chimichuri, its delicious!
