So happy we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Jax. We dined during happy hour & thoroughly enjoyed the menu selection. Service was amazing also. Our server provided the perfect amount of attentiveness. All of the raw bar items were freshly prepared & delicious! Highly recommend the LURE raw platter & the Cucumber-Lemon Cooler cocktail. Thank you for making our evening extra special!

This was our second time eating at Blue Agave. We travel to Fort Collins from Texas several times every year. Last year we had such a good meal we made sure to return this time and were not disappointed! The food is amazing, and coming from Texas we know good Mexican food! Our server, Brendan?, was the best server we have had at any restaurant ever. Knew the menu, knew how to describe the items, genuinely wanted us to enjoy our meal and cared about our experience. He also had perfect timing for when to stop by the table and when to wait. If you are in Fort Collins you HAVE to go here. And try the pork belly tacos!!!! Amazing!!

We both ordered the 5oz filet with whipped garlic potatoes and house salad. The flavors were amazing. Our filets were cooked to perfection, and the potatoes were so flavorful. We chose Bleu cheese dressing, and it tasted homemade... so good. The only items that could have been better were the rolls. They weren't warm and were on the dry side. We will definitely return!
