If you're going to take your name from a badass like the patron saint of blacksmiths, you better be able to back it up. Baldamar marks the turning point where we usher in the new standard for style, service and steak. It means the menu’s made with old-world craft at its core and modern day meat eaters in mind — with flavors forged in fire and folded into pure primal perfection. It’s where every steak is aged 40 days and 40 nights for a taste of biblical proportion, and where crazy-fresh seafood means it was caught during your morning commute. At the bar sits every spirit imaginable, and someone who isn’t afraid to use them. This is more than a new steakhouse. It’s a line in the sand. It’s not just where you celebrate special occasions. It’s where you create them.*A 20% Service Fee is added to all groups of 6 or more.

A modern-Argentinian wood fire steakhouse, with a wide variety of seafood, vegetable and pasta dishes. We also have private event options that showcase the best of what we have to offer. DANIEL DEL PRADOBorn in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Chef Daniel del Prado is the child of parents of Spanish and southern Italian descent. After moving to the United States in his early 20s, del Prado began his culinary career in Colorado—cooking at night and snowboarding during the day. Upon moving to Minneapolis, he had the opportunity to work in some of the finest kitchens in the Twin Cities. In 2009 del Prado teamed up with his mentor, Isaac Becker, to open Bar La Grassa in the North Loop. When it came time for del Prado to open his own concepts, he burst onto the Twin Cities scene with his premiere Linden Hills restaurant, Martina, and opened the Oaxacan Mexican-influenced Colita just a year after. Chef del Prado has continued to open new and innovative concepts.

There are ninety-nine different ways to write “sushi” in the Japanese script of kanji. Each with its own unique interpretation and meaning. It was with great deliberation that our founder, Billy, chose 寿司 to best represent his personal interpretation of the word - Celebration of Fish! That’s exactly how Billy feels about the art of making sushi and the atmosphere that surrounds it - it should be a celebration! Which is why Billy Sushi is more than just a restaurant, it is an experience for anyone who allows themselves to take part. A three-ring performance of sorts - sushi bar, sake bar and dining room - brought to life by the performances of sushi chefs, bartenders and servers. And the Ring Master and your host, Billy.

We enjoyed our 2nd time dining at Owamni. This was our first time at the new location. The ambience was roomy, pleasant and quiet. Our service from Ben was exceptional. We followed his suggestions on the elk rack and it was delicious and lean. The appetizers consisted of clean whole ingredients. The chimchurri fingerling potatoes were absolutely amazing. Drinks were great as well!!

Absolutely scrumptious. The Saffron downtown was a favorite place for special occasion’s and we were over the moon when it opened again. It does not disappoint. The food is even more inventive, yet rooted. Love everything about it. Thank you for making us feel welcome and giving us a taste of unbelievably good food.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – An Exceptional Dining Experience! WOW! What an incredible experience at Char Blu! From the moment we walked through the door until the moment we left, the service was absolutely impeccable! We were greeted by the sweetest hostess, who took a moment to genuinely welcome us and visit with us. What a wonderful first impression! We enjoyed a drink at the bar while waiting for our guests, and the bartender was fantastic—friendly, engaging, and so much fun to talk with. Once seated in the dining room, the exceptional service continued. Our server was outstanding! He took the time to explain the menu and specials so thoroughly that we felt completely confident in our selections. And the food? Absolutely incredible! Everything was prepared beautifully and was every bit as wonderful as the service. There are other well-known steakhouses in the area, but Char Blu truly sets itself apart. Exceptional food is important, but exceptional service is what makes a dining experience unforgettable. Char Blu has mastered BOTH! It’s refreshing to visit a restaurant where every single person you encounter makes you feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. We cannot recommend Char Blu highly enough! Five stars all the way around! We will absolutely be back!
