Born in a family with a passion for Gastronomy and Oenology, we opened our first French Wine Bistro, Cepage[s], in Notting Hill, London in 2014. Driven by the success of Cepage[s], my father Felix Cohen, who lives in Grenoble (French Alpes), came with the idea to open an authentic french cuisine restaurant in El Paso.     Millie was our server and she did a tremendous job. She was very attentive and did not miss a thing in our order. My wife had the medallions, my daughter the lobster, and I had the fillet minion. All were cooked perfectly and delicious. Deserts were fabulous and the cocktails my wife and daughter had were terrific with the bartender coming to our table to ensure they were done to their liking. We will be back.
