Overall, the experience for a Mother's Day Brunch was amazing! The champagne and food was delicious! The venue was also very nicely put together. My only suggestion is to maybe go the extra mile and provide every mother with a rose as a thank you. Just something small and extra. But overall, truly no complaints. Service was also amazing! Thank you for helping make my wife's special day that more amazing.

Food was absolutely delicious! Service from all staff was amazing !! It was my 5 year anniversary and they prepared so well for us! Gave us 2 free deserts which I couldn’t be more thankful for. Loved the place very much.

If you're looking for a dining experience that checks every box, Verise is it. I celebrated my birthday here with all my girlfriends, and it was an absolutely magical evening. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere set the tone beautiful, warm, and inviting. Our waitress, Annie, was attentive, personable, and genuinely made us feel special all night long. And the chef? A total standout. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was memorable, and it truly was. The food is where Verise really shines. We got to sample their cheese varieties, which were a lovely start, and the octopus was impressive. The meatballs with lemon zest were absolutely fantastic, and the brightness from the zest elevated the whole dish. But the star of the night had to be the burrata pizza & Octopus...out of this world doesn't even cover it. Everything came together perfectly: incredible food, stunning ambiance, and a staff that truly cares. Highly, highly recommend Verise for a special occasion or, honestly, any night you want to feel like you're somewhere extraordinary. The outside patio is stunning as well with the Olive trees, feels like your in Italy.

We had a great time and the food was really good. Great atmosphere. Our server Lydia was just amazing. She was fun, and really knew the menu to make great suggestions. We'd definitely go back the next time we're in Carlsbad.

Ruby’s is a fun nostalgic experience! Fun for kids and families, grandparents and everyone in between. Love that they serve breakfast all day! And the best shakes out there! Always a fun time!
