    We had the half fried chicken with macaroni and cheese, collard greens and mashed potatoes with biscuit. My mother had the fried catfish with fried okra and potatoes. My son had a hamburger. We also shared a barbecue nacho and some hush puppies. It’s an expensive eatery, but the service is always great. The food is always delicious. So you’re basically paying for the service you receive. Five star service equals five star pricing.

    It’s not every day you find a tasting menu so influenced by Argentinian and Brazilian cuisines while using in-season ingredients. We appreciated every bite of every dish and the experience of the service. The staff was wonderful and explained how special each dish was and how it was influenced.

    We saved Valette for our last night vacationing and it was SUPERB! We had an amazing meal, but the service is what really stood out. Isaac, our server was attentive and knowledgeable about not only the restaurant, but the area and the extensive wine list. Highly recommend Valette!!

    Excellent all around as you would expect of a top 3-Michelin starred restaurant. The wine pairing was amazing - for a party of 2, we opted for the $500 and $300 wine pairing. Service was on point. Food was beautiful - visually and on the pallete.
