For the past 5+ years I have taken the opportunity of using the VIP card that Texas de Brazil issues annually. The purpose is to invite close personal friends to enjoy an exceptional dining experience. The total number of guests are 12. The past two years I took notice that only one server was assigned to our party. The result was a less than satisfactory level of service (e.g. Soiled dishes not being removed; drink orders not being refreshed; and, requests for specific cuts of meat not being met. To rectify this obvious shortcoming I phoned the Orlando office and spoke to DIEGO MOREJON. I voiced my concerns and between the both of us we reached a resolution. DIEGO would provide coverage of two servers at the onset. Once the first round of drinks were ordered and delivered to my guests, the two servers would be reduced to one server and one bus boy. The evening of the dinner, DIEGO introduced me to PATRICIA and DANIELA — twin sisters. I was highly impressed by the exceptional quality of their service, efficiency, and, attention to detail. More importantly, It set the tone for the entire evening. As a result it is the opinion of both my guests and myself,that this year was the BEST ever.

Last night in universal and took two friends here for there first hard rock experience, it not disappoint, the waitress was great, so helpful and attentive would recommend to anyone in CityWalk looking for food

As always we’re happy with the service at this location. Our server Paris made the experience extra special as she stopped by our table regularly to make sure our meal was as expected. A delay in the appetizer Paris was able to give it to us for free. That’s caring for the customer experience.

This was our second time going to this restaurant! The food is delicious and the service was impeccable
