    Genuinely, every detail of this food experience was astounding! The food itself left my girlfriend and I in awe and each dish was worth every penny. The true star of the show was our server, Joshuan. He had to have been one of the best servers we’ve ever had. We’re learning Spanish, so he patiently spoke with us and helped us respond and ask questions as he described the food and the origins of each dish. We’ve never felt more involved in a culinary experience. He, along with the other staff, were extremely kind and professional. I recommend everyone make time to enjoy this restaurant, especially for a special occasion as the atmosphere and view are 10/10. Only thing to be wary of is it is open air, but our 4:45pm reservation worked out beautifully as we finished up just as the bugs came out!

    Nosara's second indoor air conditioned restaurant! ;-) There is nothing wrong with Satori Nosara. While we live in Nosara, we have also dined at the Santori Santa Theresa location once that we loved and we felt the menu selection was a lot more expansive than the menu in Nosara. Santori is competing with Elixir Nosara with sushi that we already love, but offers Tapas that Elixir does not provide. You can't go wrong either way.
