Restaurants near Our Lady of Sorrows Basilica

Had a wonderful meal celebrating a friends birthday. Would recommend the carrot risotto, Gnocchi and Berry crostata dish.

Flavors are unique - our orders all on the spicy side, but nothing burning. Spare Ribs were dry and chewy String Beans excellent Chicken Skewers were tasty Naan was fresh Halibut was perfectly cooked Overall we enjoyed everything but had wished for a dish that detoured away from all the constant spice. Something I think the waiter might have suggested to us - all the flavors piled on after awhile.

This was our first time and my guest had a series of health restrictions….the waiter was kind, took time to cover the menu with her, checked with the chefs on certain options….WONDERFUL! The food was fantastic, we had salmon kebabs , crispy potatoes (yum!) and the hummus…excellent 👍🏼 wonderful ambience, great for a date!

First time visiting Chicago! This place was recommended and I totally think it was worth it… the food and service was top notch!!

2nd time and can’t wait to go back. The Table bread & whipped ricotta apps are outstanding! Delish entrees and amazing drinks. Made my mother-in-laws 70th birthday special with custom menu. Can’t wait to go back and try more things!
