    I took my daughter to tea for her birthday. It exceeded our expectations mostly due to our server Yosef. He was so friendly, engaging, and kind, and really made my daughter feel specjal. It was so lovely to have the piano softly playing and enjoying the refined experience of high tea in such a beautiful place.

    Beautiful view downtown as sun went down and parliament building lights began to shine! Happy Hour drink and menus were all good as well as great service! Celebrating a birthday we even received a complimentary desert. Service is as great! The extra bonus would be if downtown locations offered parking.

    We were visiting Victoria and wanted to enjoy dinner at a nice restaurant. Based on the reviews, we booked a table at The Courtney Room and mentioned our dietary restrictions in advance. I must say they went above and beyond our expectations! From the moment we were seated, the staff acknowledged our dietary requirements, explained the ingredients in each dish, and made adjustments wherever needed to accommodate us. The entire team was exceptionally friendly, polite, and hospitable. The food was outstanding, and the ambience was equally impressive. Definitely a five-star experience! We will certainly be returning on our next visit to Victoria. A big thank you to the entire team at The Courtney Room for making our evening so enjoyable!
