    The food was amazing and the service was excellent!! Drew was a very friendly, personable and professional server who was very familiar with the menu and ingredients to make recommendations!! It's pricey so only for special occasions, always nice though when the food and experience are reflective of the higher prices.

    Such a beautiful setting to enjoy an afternoon tea! We booked Tea at The Empress after reading many reviews recommending this stop as a Must-do while visiting Victoria. We came in for the day on a Princess cruise ship. I booked our time a couple weeks ahead and had plenty of time to get to the hotel from the cruise port. The tea room is beautiful and the tea was the best we have ever had. The tea sandwiches and desserts were beautiful and delicious, a whole meal in itself. 10/10 recommend for this experience! Thank you to Guy and staff for taking care of us!
