Restaurants near Parque Natural Tres Ríos

Francesco welcomed us, David was our server. He was an excellent host, he was very attentive, he made recommendations and tasty food pairings. The Toro old Fashioned is a highlight to kick off the dinner. The mixologist was working his craft, very fun to watch while enjoying very yummie food. Dessert was thé bomb, (literally and figuratively, sweets all over).

Best meal of the trip. So much talent in the kitchen. Isaac was an amazing. The restaurant is lucky to have him on staff. Do not miss the braised short rib, tuna appetizer and guacamole

The food and ambiance was absolutely stunning! I was visiting Etéreo from another resort and just being able to look out to a view from the restaurant was also in awe of itself. Itzam is definitely contributing to the idea of staying at etéreo next time. I can’t imagine what the other restaurants have to offer. My only complaint however was the service. Our server didn’t seem to know much about the menu and couldn’t really answer for any of the dishes. When asked what was in the tasting menu he was clueless as to what was in it and he seemed like he was under a good amount of stress. We also asked about an ingredient within the burger which was the chili as stated per the menu and asked for that not to be in the burger. He then continues to look at us and the menu and states that he didn’t even know that was on the burger. That is my only complaint.

Wonderful experience, from the moment we entered we were greeted with excellent hospitality. The front desk and valet helped us get started, then the hostess, our waiters and the chef were all top notch, personable and helped us make the experience, which included our 7 month old daughter, flawless. Food flavors were amazing and drinks tasty. Thank you to all who helped us and look forward to our next visit! 🙏🇲🇽❤️
